"Blueberry muffin and donut were great. Coffee and tea were wonderful. The two people working the counter seemed overwhelmed to have three customers in the store. They had trouble ringing up our purchase and then discovered they needed to make a fresh pot of coffee. I wondered if they had been trained adequately before being put in the store alone."

"Everything was fine except my sandwich had cheese when I asked for none. It even states on the slip that is on the bag, NO CHEESE. This happens every single time I order a sandwich and it's $6 for something I can't even eat since the cheese is melted. Take this as a reminder and reeducation moment for the employees to review the slip for special orders like mine. It's really simple to just make the right sandwich. I'll be following up with corporate as well because I've been at this location a handful of times and EVERYTIME they put cheese on my sandwich. Thank you."

"They never make my coffee correct. Even when it is on the cup with directions. Today was iced coffee made with hot coffee?? 4th time in a month. Staff always looks like they just got done partying all night, and not with the good stuff if you catch my drift. Food is decent but I recommend doing breakfast and coffee elsewhere, they just cant get it together here."
