"This is not the kind of place you hit up when you are in a hurry. And service is always kinda rude. Once tried to order 2 dozen and got reprimanded for not calling ahead. Every visit through the drive through takes longer than a sit down restaurant. Be prepared to pull around and sit 10-20 min in your car waiting. Solid spot for an aftertaste of regret"

"Never order from this company using doordash or GrubHub. A place in order and within a few minutes somebody at this location canceled my order. Now I can't get a refund from doordash. Doordash support told me that because they canceled it, they as in Tim Hortons I do not qualify for a refund. My previous review from 8 months ago is the kitchen's dirty. The dining area not so bad. The bathrooms are disgusting and at the bathrooms are disgusting in any place, most likely the employees don't wash their hands or practice good hygiene in general even at home. Go elsewhere in order coffee or donuts. And speaking of donuts it is nasty watching the employees handle donuts without gloves not knowing if their hands are clean. No point from anybody needing to respond to this because I will not be checking it because I will not be coming back."

"Consistently bad service. I stop every once in a while at the store on coldwater in the morning shortly after 6 and the food service is basically always bad. Today was the last straw, I was asked to drive around while I waited on food only to sit for a good 5 minutes and for it to come out cold and with no napkins. Coffee was also cold and the service was just awful. I will be going to the gas station for their re-heated food before I come back to this horrible place."

"I hate to update my review but since our initial visit it hasn't been good. Which is a shame because our first visit was really good. On three separate occasions in the morning time we went through the drive through and the service was horrible. The lady working the window was rude each time and the food the last two times were subpar along with cold food that should be hot. Probably what was most annoying was the fact their milk steamer was out and couldn't do a hot latte and they asked me if I wanted it cold. Now I assumed it meant an iced latte but instead was given a cup of cold milk with espresso in a hot cup. The evening visits have been good and if I ever go back it will be during those times when it is a different staff."

"Been here a lot and usually no issue ordering donuts through drive through. But this time they said I can't pick what donuts when going through drive through. The lady also said hurry up even though i hadn't even been talking to her for more than 15 seconds quite literally. I am assume she is having a bad day. But really wasn't a good experience today"
