Dunkin'

"The fruit drink we ordered is a drink we have gotten at other locations and have liked that is why we ordered it but at this location it tasted watered down almost like a flavored water. My husband ordered a chocolate iced glazed donut and he even pointed to it in the case and received a chocolate donut. We didn’t look in the sack until we were on our way down the road. Lesson learned on our part. We were dissatisfied with this location not with Dunkin’ overall."

"I was there at 9:34 this morning. I was told that there's ONLY 4 bagels because the staff hadn't made them, then they ONLY had a few donuts. I had ordered cream cheese at the same time and when asking if the cream cheese was in the bag she said no. I proceeded to say it was ordered. I had to pay separately. When getting to my job, the bagels and donuts looked like they were from yesterday... For the price of everything it's just ridiculous and for the face that the girl (staff) didn't care. I DON'T recommend going to that location. I should of went to Kroger and got fresh bagels and donuts. Thanks for nasty food. Also I tried to call to bring this to their attention and it went to voicemail."

"Receiving the correct order required repeating my order 3 times through the process. When I was finally handed the order through the window....the coffee size was incorrect. Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence that leads me to buy elsewhere. For some reason, I still come back from time to time just to be reminded why I go elsewhere. If you have nerves of steel and endless patience this Dunkin is for you!"

"Gave me wrong drink. When I pointed it out the workers rolled their eyes and didn’t fix the problem. Workers were complaining loudly behind the counter. Dine in chairs were very tattered and the lights were dimly lit."
