"Very disappointing visit today! It is usually good. We visit often but today was a different experience. We ordered food and beverages to dine in without issue. After taking a couple of bites of our sandwiches we were abruptly kicked out of the dining room by one of the staff members. We were told they we had to leave because a team member just called in sick. We kindly asked if we could at least finish our food since they served it to us already. The employee responded and said no. It was very ridiculous how they handled the situation, especially since they still had three people working and they were not very busy. I wish I could go back and recover my 50% tip that I left in the tip bucket when we placed our order. The staff did not earn it today. After this experience I am not sure if I will go back."

"Usually I would give this place 5-stars all around. It’s the only place my wife and friends get our coffee both through the drive thru and inside. But today was a different story. Four of us came to drink coffee and have breakfast (love there sandwiches). We ordered our coffee and sandwiches and sat down to drink and eat. Approximately 5 minutes after we sat down we were told we had to leave that they were closing the lobby because someone called in. There were three people working but apparently the 4th person cleans the lobby. We sat there and quickly ate our sandwiches and were told a second time we had to leave. My question is why were we not told this when we ordered? Why could we not finish our coffee then leave? If this would have been my first experience I would never go back. It’s a good thing they have good coffee or I would not go back now. Overall I like this place and the staff. Today seemed very unprofessional."

"Loved the quality of my drinks. I got several to try working on a Saturday and Five Lakes being new to me i loaded up on my drinks. Disappointed when I got to work and opened drinks to stir before drinking they weren't full 1.5-2 inches from were drinks usual are filled too. Matcha was a small as it is and Vanilla carmel Latte was a medium. The smoothie had no issues and was really good. Blueberry pomegranate what I paid and what I got was disappointed. Not sure if I will be back."
