"The staff is really rude. They won't do returns and Ronnie at this location kept accusing me of lying about the condition of an item I was returning. She also made me grab a duplicate package, just to prove the same item was from the store. She also tested the charge of the heating pad I was returning because she thought I was talking about it not turning on. I was literally talking about it not heating up. I'm not returning until this place gets restaffed. The associates always walk around the store and seem angry when they have to ring you up."
