Taco Bell

"Was in drive thru for over half hour to pickup a online order. Git the food wasn't right sent it back came back still not right was so disgusted couldn't even the food. Worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant and I do mean ever! Don't stop at the Taco Bell wait until the next one this one is absolute the worst restaurant EVER!!!!!!"

"Pretty standard Taco Bell, but it's not standard to have the entire cook staff walk in with you at 9:15 in the morning and ignore you for about five more minutes while you wait to make an order. After waiting 25 minutes for food, I took my order out to the car to double check it's accuracy, and it's missing the largest thing on the order, and then they proceeded to question if I had actually ordered it or not, which I had a receipt to prove I had. Definitely not a great experience, and some of the more poor service I've had. UPDATE: They didn't have the right items in the bag at all. Ordered Steak breakfast burritos with potatoes and recieved sausage burritos. Outrageously bad service, had I not paid already I'd get my money back and eat elsewhere. Manager should be ashamed of a laughably poor crew."

"I come to this store 2-3x a week and always receive excellent service. You've got a great bunch of folks working here. Tonight was no exception. I placed an order using the app and unfortunately chose the wrong Noblesville location. When I came in to pick up my order, it was not ready. Sam came to the counter to assist and asked if I chose the right location. After reviewing my order, he discovered I hadn't. But, instead of making me drive to the other store, he quickly prepared and handed me my dinner (without making me feel like a dunce). Thanks, Sam!"

"The food was good, but they forgot my fiance food and gave me beef instead of the steak I ordered for my tacos. I waited 35 minutes before they began making my food. A lot of the employees weren't taking it seriously and were leaving the line to talk, get a drink, or check their phone. The older lady doing the chips and the white guy that came in to help out was able to get the kitchen back in order. The younger people need to take it more seriously as it's a job and not a hangout. I'm the GM of the Five Guys in HTC, and I definitely saw things they need to work on internally."

"This was the cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been to. We came here for food before Farm Aid and the employees were so nice and the food was delicious. Will definitely be coming here again"
