"Horrible. $50 for a family of three. I ordered a whole bowl of the chicken broccoli teriyaki thing. What I got was half full and the broccoli was only recognizable under a microscope. $14 for that, and left hungry. They have gotten rid of almost all their customer facing employees too. Sad. Panera days are over for us I guess."
"I wanted to like it, I really did. But my expectations were quickly crushed. It starts as soon as you walk in, the tables are never cleanly. Between the soggy bread bowl and the dry sandwich bread, I have made the official decision, after many visits, that I will not be coming back. So long Panera"
