"Went through the drive thru and ordered just a bacon egg and cheese and a hash brown while they only had 3 other cars in line, and I had to pull forward, wait for 5 minutes, and when I bite into the sandwich, I see what looks like a curly hair. If I ever come back here it will be to get it inspected by a professional and expose the lousy kitchen."

"I usually love going to this McDonald's cuz they make good food there we usually make it correct however lately the last five times I've gone I always get a double cheeseburger maybe even two and there's been no mustard no onion just ketchup and pickle and I do not ask it for that way. Tonight I go and I asked her extra onion Mustard Pickle and ketchup I only get extra ketchup and pickle. I don't know who is training the people on the Food line or if they just don't give a care anymore but people need to be retrained there and able to read tickets properly and make them properly you guys are wanting to raise your prices on your food then you need to have your employees make the food the way the customer orders it"

"Nothing wrong with the service or food, but I hope this location is not a model for other future McDonald's locations. In their effort to make it "modern", or something else, they have absolutely nothing in the restaurant other than tables. No beverage station, no straws, no utensils, no condiments, no napkins...you have to ask? Meh...I'll make sure to avoid this particular location and others like it in the future. Annoying. The franchise owner got some bad advice when they designed the layout."

"Staff was super friendly. Restaurant was nice and clean. (They have baskets of fries, we do not have these in Michigan lol)"

"Always very clean and good quality food. My only issue is if you do not order from the kiosk, app, or drive thru then you may get frustrated. While waiting for my meal the other day, an older gentleman I assume was not very "tech savvy," was waiting at the counter to order. One of the staff asked if he could order from the kiosk instead. The man stated he had tried to order at kiosk but was not able to. Staff member then asked him to wait but never came back to get his order; he got tired of waiting and left. I tried to help him, but he was already too frustrated. Other times I have been there, I heard the staff asking patrons waiting at the counter to order at the kiosk so the practice seems to be consistent. This practice is fine for most people, but I feel for those who are not tech savvy and want to order and dine in the traditional way. Another issue I had was ordering curbside. Curbside seems to be an afterthought here. I ordered curbside and ended up waiting 20 minutes before going inside to inquire. When I asked about my order the manager stated the system was not even up so had to take action to bring up the system to see what I ordered. So basically, I would have been out there forever if I had not gone into the store. Will never order curbside again."
