"**11/2023 Shop here 1st they've got everything & you'll save a ton of $$$$$ Can't believe they sell the same items any other store does but for $1.25, other stores you pay 5 × that or more **8/20/23** SUPER savings on school supplies!! Love going here with my kids! They can get anything they want w/o me asking the price. I've heard ppl upset about price increase but really a quarter isn't bad, at least they didn't go a dollar like most stores have."

"I just want to say thank you to the lady at the register for her poor customer service! The lady was very rude and not a pleasant person to be around. I went there with 41 dollars and as I was shopping money took out of my account leaving me 31. And more items than that would be covered by that. I needed to pick which things I needed the most today until I get paid in a couple of days. Well I told her I had to cancel my order, take the stuff out of bags and refigure out what I need. I apologized for if I ruined her day with this. Well she got snippy with me and told me “I’d be better if you put all your stuff back and left.” I said well I’m sorry I’m not rich and have bills to pay, something took out unexpectedly. Well she wasn’t happy and basically told me it has nothing to do with being rich. Like lady I know I was just talking in general cause I was embarrassed. But the whole time her and the lady behind me gave me dirty looks and an attitude. If I come back and she’s still here, I’ll take my money to the Kankakee one. Because at least fake being happy."

"I just want to say that the location is very clean and organized! But the customer service is horrible. The cashier that checked us out was very unsanitary. She coughed in both of her hands and proceeded to touch the items that my mother and I wanted. When my mother said something to her, she got upset and threw the items she placed in bag at my mother. She never sanitized her hands with hand sanitizer and continued to service other customers after making her aware of what we observed. We talked to the store manager, but he wasn’t very helpful. He didn’t even relive his cashier so she could wash her hands. She continued to checkout other customers. We went to another Dollar Tree location that is in Kankakee, IL. They were super helpful!!! The store manager is amazing! Also, there’s hand sanitizer stationed at each register which was not visible at the location of the incident."
