"I used to frequent their store, until one time I found a discrepancy on my bank statement, realizing they billed me for a purchase I did not make. Brought it to their attention, along with my bank statement proving the dispute in my favor, and they refused to make amends. And now it happened again! Decided to give them another chance. My friend and roommate goes to their store only once a week, compared to the three or four times a week we used to patronize their business. Realized a discrepancy in his account, being charged for a purchase in the middle of the week when he only purchases two items on Friday afternoons. Will try to correct this incident with them. If unsuccessful, will be boycotting this business hereafter."
