"Everytime i come into the Bradley location im never greeted. the young guys they have working there are very unprofessional. i came in today all they did was bad mouth some person who wasn't there. i came in for some cigars never once asked if i needed help. Also when i checked out im like dont you need my phone number for reward program he said yeah its not working & laughed."

"Good store, owners are friendly, however when the help is running the store the hospitality is down the crapper. The quality of the atmosphere is so thick you could cut it with your finger. The owners should get some personality that will at least recognize returning customers instead of sitting in the corner like hiding denomic entities"

"The Momence location leaves lots to be desired. The staff does not care if you are there or not. Half the time the shelves are not stocked or they don't have what you need. Today, got there at 1:30, sign says "Open", the door was locked. Waited until 2:00 he finally shows up. I said he should have put a sign on the door, it was inconsiderate. He said, "you can go somewhere else". This is not the only place to buy tobacco in Momence, perhaps I will."

"If I could give negative stars review, I would . Horrible customer service they do not care to answer questions and will not give you any deals whatsoever. Very rude. I would rather spend my money at Walmart or any big corporate company instead of this horrible store. They are racist to everybody if you are not their kind. They are not there to help anybody and only there to take your money. Sure they’ll knock off $1 but what’s the point after you already spent 100. I bought a vape from them and not even 20 minutes later it started to leak and all the there tobacco products are stale. Overall probably one of the worst smoke shops I have ever been inside, very disorganized, and just a huge mess stay far away from this smoke shop if that’s even what you want to call it."
