"Had a great shopping experience, lots to chose from, found some decent deals, however when it was time to check out the cashiers seemed a playful and per- occupied with personal business, and l didn't receive all of the items l wanted to purchase, good that l wasn't charged, it was over looked and not added to my items. I love shopping at Kohl's, and this has never happened before."

"It's no wonder people don't shop here anymore. I had an Amazon return to drop off, that went smoothly. They give me two coupons with my return so cool I've got time to kill I'll get something. One of the coupons was for Sephora but no one was at the desk or even in the kiosk so I took that item and the other item I was going to buy to the front. The lady at the register was freaking out we were apparently standing at the exit signage. First of all WHY is the exit sign right in front of the registers? Even the gentleman behind me was confused about it and she made us go stand 6 feet away from the sign and the one open register, oh and apparently he was actually in front of me. Neither of us understood how that worked as we just kinda looked at each other, but I went ahead and just allowed him to go first. When it was my turn to checkout I was once again lectured about the sign! I just want to buy my items, who cares where I'm standing when there is no one else even here. Then when I went to use my coupons I was told they aren't valid....you just gave them to me? How are they not valid? No explanation on that just told my total without the coupon. I left and didn't buy a thing. I sure hope I went through the right door and didn't miss another sign since that's apparently the most important thing going on there."

"At checkout Charlotte was amazing! She was the only cashier where I checked out. She was so busy not once did she seem stressed, always smiled and thanked everyone for shopping at Kohls and told everyone to have a nice day. Great cashier I hope she is noticed for her kindness. Don't get a lit of that today."

"The store was clean and well-organized, they had what I needed available at this location. Everywhere was sold out of the Shark Steam & Scrub with the power blaster except this Kohl's. Looked everywhere and even online, but there was a wait due to the shipping. Thankfully I was able to go to this store to pick it up. The staff was nice and friendly, there was only one register opened during the day. I had to wait in line a little longer than expected, but all in all a good store."
