"They encourage customers to use self checkout which is not reasonable when they have sensors on clothes. Apparently an employee is supposed to pay attention to how you are scanning, as well as, educate you how to remove the sensors. In our experience, the person working at the self check out was too busy complaining to her coworkers about working the holiday. She never acknowledged nor approached us while we were checking out. Unfortunately, we left the store with a sensor on a sweater. (The alarm at the door didn't go off when we exited.) We had to return the next day to have it removed. The customer service employee explained how the self check out experience should go. Her explanation was well intended but I really think it is not reasonable that the customer has to assume so much responsibility during the check out process."

"Nice place. but man they close at least 2min before closing time. How i know that? Because i was at the door 2min before closing time trying to pick up smth that my wife bought online. I would be annoying to the employees but I'll be in and out of their heads by next week. My wife will remember that i forgot to pick the package up for a long time. All i needed was those 2min in the store, a quick in and out. But nope. Thanks Kohl's."
