"The changes at Kohl’s stores in the last couple of years have been disappointing since it used to be one my favorite stores.(Macy’s being my other favorite)I’ve noticed that the coupons are restricted on many more items and the prices have gone up and customer service has gone down. They’ve also stopped carrying some of my favorite lines. It seems since the pandemic, many establishments have plummeted in customer satisfaction."

"Be careful with coupons. An extra 20% does not apply to toys and the sign that states this in the toy section is not obvious (if it is there). Also disappointed that I was left to drag a very large box out to my car without assistance."

"The checkout lady was nice and pleasant, the manager of the store however was very rude. A product was in the wrong spot (the entire store was in serious disarray) stating it was $113, the managers best option to resolve the issue was to tell me to just not buy the one thing I came to the store to purchase. Rude and disrespectful doesn’t work for me, looks like Super Target will be getting my business this holiday season."

"I'm not a fan of how the fitting rooms are ran. When I went to try on my clothes several men where inside the ladies fitting room. Just lingering about. Not on the outside where there are seats. Very uncomfortable. The girls working the fitting room where right there and nothing was said. I'm all for children or anyone identifying as female. These men were clearly not in that category."
