"Ordered food today. Waited an hour for delivery of 1 sandwich and 2 cookies. Then I go to finally eat and my sandwich was wrong. I ordered 2 sandwichs on New Years Eve and they were both wrong also. I should have known not to try again today."

"Ordered a sandwich for my son. When we got home and began to eat, he realized it was made incorrectly. When I called, the manager,( Nicole) said bring the portion that wasn't eaten and she would make a new sandwich. It was dark, 32 degrees, and I had just off work. I didn't want to go back out. She said that was the only way to replace the sandwich. She had a nasty attitude as if I were bothering her!!! Most places will let you come another day that is convenient for the Customer!!!!! The automated response that says the owner will get in contact with you is not true. No one has contacted me and I don't expect them too. They don't care and it's reflected in their choice of management. Jimmy John's used to be better."

"If I could give less than 1 star I would. Placed an order online waited for over an hour. Called the store to ask what was going on. The manager is rude and hung up. I called back she hung up again. I continued to call back asked for corporate number they refused. This store management is a joke. Do not order food from here."

"Freaky slow. Over an hour and a half for delivery at 2:15pm. When I called to follow up, all he said was “we have your order here but it’s not made yet.” No apology. “Just that kind of day” - which after speaking to others, is the norm for this place. And to top it off, disgusting brown lettuce on my sandwich."

"Jimmy johns makes a pretty good sandwich. Their food always tastes fresh. I have been more than a few times and they are very consistent. What keeps me from giving 5 stars is I always feel so rushed. I know I know they are freaky fast but it freaks me out. Maybe I am just a slow reader. Maybe do your homework before you go so you are not feeling the pressure!!!! On a food note if you are wondering about their lettuce wrapped “unwhich” is it good??? The answer is no it is not good.... it is great! They wrap it so tight it does not come apart."
