Panera Bread

"I first went to wash my hands to men’s bathroom. My first impression is I might be in a bad part of town. The sink has not been washed or wiped for weeks. Than I started looking closely to other areas. There are plenty of people working but I call it pretending. There is no one who owns this business. Next to me what looks like a regional manager talking to the store manager lady. I was hopping he would go and check the bathroom. Disaster all around."

Despite the pricing, the fantastic flavor combinations in their soups, salads, and sandwiches stood out as a highlight of the dining experience."

"Haven't been to this location before. A bit disappointed in the furnishings; not in good condition and the flow of the restaurant was a bit awkward. I guess I expected a bit more refined interior. Seats were very worn the place looks tired. I got a salad and was disappointed that the stump of the lettuce was included in the salad. Food was good otherwise. The bread is the best and the price are what you expect for this type place."
