"Hit or miss when it comes to the coffee. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's just not. Forced tipping culture is rampant here. Otherwise, great chain."

"I went through the drive thru, and I was 5th or 6th in line, I'm not exaggerating when I say it took them 45 minutes. At this store it's not like you can leave when you're tired of waiting if you're in the drive-thru because they have a curb all the way around once you're in line so I was literally stuck there. Also, I ordered the pink drink, and it tasted very watered down. This was my first time at the startbucks here, and it was my least favorite out of all the starbucks I've ever been to. If your wondering about the price, for 2 of the smallest pink drinks and 1 cake pop it was $17 and some change."
"My wife can't drink caffeine. She gets ill and it affects her all day. You'd think reading a label would be easy to do. Nope, 4 out of 10 times she gets caffeinated. Even when we confirm that it's decaf, and they say it is, it's not..."
"What’s frustrating about this is that I love most of the baristas, I work close by and was a regular but the customer service has seriously changed. I just wanted a water and the last three times I’ve been inside I’ve been told there was a 15-30 minute wait with an almost empty store. As someone who has worked this location before, that’s abysmal."
