KFC 2236 U.S. 41, Henderson, KY 42420

"Ohh if I could rate 0 i would. This place is disgusting. Thurdsday Nov 2 come thru the drive thru ordered 12 nuggets, large mashed potatoes with gravy, large fries, small coleslaw and 2 biscuits. Kfc sauce with nuggets. I should have known better because I was the 4th car in line. After each car pull forwarded they had to get out and go in. This was FOUR cars in a row. I drove off after getting my order because i was on lunch break at work. I get down the road and feel like i better check it. Well thank god i did. What i received was a large mashed potaoes. NO GRAVY, NO BISCUITS, NO SAUCE FOR THE NUGGETS AND A TINY BLACK CONTAINER OF 10 nugget crumbs along with an old hard dried out box of fries. These were not nuggets or fries. These were scooped up out the bottom and given to a PAYING customer to get the car out of the drive thru. $23 and nearly everything is missing and hard, old nugget crumbs. The owner of this location should be embarressed. I will be disputing these charges with my bank and never ever returning to another kfc again. Especially this one in henderson KY. You people are pathetic. Also to future customers and the OWNER of this location. Your manager with the afro this day Thursday Nov 2 between 6:50 and 7:10 took the nuggets back across the counter to give to ANOTHER CUSTOMER as I took them right back to get money back for those crumbs! Better check those cameras there BOSS! THANK YOU JESUS ZAXBY’s IS FINALLY COMING TO HENDERSON ON 41. THEY WILL RUN THIS PLACE OUT OF HERE WITH THERE PREVIOUS AND CURRENT GARBAGE SERVICE AND FOOD."

"I drove to Henderson from Evansville to pick up four chicken pot pies for Christmas on Christmas Eve and when we put them in and Warm them up To have them for Christmas dinner, there was no chicken in them at all"

"Went to the Henderson KY hit the drive thru order an 8 piece with two large sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. Drove all the way home an hour away. Opened the bag and had two large potatoes and one little container for gravy. This was not the first time that has happened $30 foran 8 piece and and one and a half large sides. Tried to call and no one answered the phone."

"Placed an order online at 6:10 pm, for a 7:15 pm pickup (my boyfriend would be going through town to pick it up) got it home and it was obviously made when I placed the order (at 6) The breading was almost off of all the pieces and was mushy. there was almost a half inch of grease in the bottom of the bucket, and the biscuits were super hard. The few pieces I could I popped in the air fryer but we ended up just making some tacos. This will be the last time we eat there I was trying to be fair and give them another chance since the last time I went there they messed up my order. Never again (The last picture is how it looked after I cooked it in the airfryer)"
