"Waited an hour for cold food, waiter couldn’t figure out where half the order was. Waiter was on a phone call the hole time we was there, needed refills never got them.. waiter was really rude. The lady who sat us was really nice and sweet but the waiter haha she was a joke. Never again will I eat here"

"When you go to Denny's in Henderson, Ky, you aren't expecting the greatest of services to start with. This was just the worst service there is. When we were sat (2 top) there was 3 other tables. One was leaving the the others were 2 tops as well. We get drinks and then the waitress disappears. She comes back a bit later and and gets food order, but doesn't acknowledge the empty cup. Walks past us 6 more times and still ignores it sitting at the outer edge of the table. They only made half the food order after 45min of waiting. The cook couldn't get his act together bc they kept asking him where food was that was suppose to be ready. Ended getting other half of meal to go. Atmosphere got 2 stars due to the other guests making comical jokes about it and the 4 people in there flipping out saying they were slammed and couldn't handle the 4 tables that were in there and all were 2 top. They had one internet order come in for a 4 top and they said better call them and tell them it'll be 1hr before it's ready."

"If I could give this Denny's an all around 10 star rating instead of just 5 star, I totally would, about a week ago me, my husband and his mom went here. And I mean I was blown away at how great the waitress was to us, how GOOD the food was cooked, and also how it was presented to us on its arrival to our table!!!! I mean I can't rave enough about our experience on this particular night!!!! LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT!!!"

"The chow is usually consistent and up to par. A cpl of times I would have to disagree but all together ,I would say it is. The service is honestly hit or miss, depending on what time of day or night you decide to dine. In my opinion the late night shift is usually more friendly and accommodating. A good place to eat overall,all things considered."

"This place is a disaster! The girl forgot my change and didn't know how to open the cash drawer. Horrible service. 09/25 A nice lady mailed me 2 coupons for Grand slams this is what I received BURNT FOOD this place needs re trained plus I had to make 2 trips they didn't give me butter. Very very upset! Please people do not give this place your business. I would have paid $26 for this"
