"First of all I have to say I love Chick-Fil-A but I had to dock them a star for ruining the best drive-thru system ever developed. They now only have one lane for drive-thru and the other lane is now for mobile pick up orders. Therefore, the drive-thru lane is always backed up in to the street and the mobile pick up lane is usually empty. I did try the mobile pick up this time and it worked flawlessly. I entered and paid for my order before I even left work and when I arrived I simply scanned the QR code from the app to let them know I had arrived and I only had to wait a minute for my food to arrive. The food was good, as always and the employee’s were courteous and efficient."

"The drive thru is practically useless at this point after the "mobile thru" change. The line backs up to the expressway and blocks the mobile side entirely so no one can get in at all."

"Great!. The service was excellent. The girl that took order was friendly. She got our order correct, too. When our food came, it was fresh and hot. When I went up to get tea refills, I was not ignored. Someone asked right away if I needed a refill. The WEST side Chick-fil-A is the BEST!!!"
