"Dropped our vehicle off for service after making an appt dropped it off at 7am when the appt wasn't until 1pm went to pick it up the next day at 10am and they hadn't even started it yet and we were supposed to leave at 11.. so now everything has been delayed and we missed our reservations because someone didn't want to do the work we had made an appt for .. I could understand if we just dropped it off without calling and making an appt but they were given over 24 hrs and we had an appt time absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service"

"So this is not the first time these guys have helped us. Walked in and met Rick Owen the manager, so very helpful. We had a cut in our tire and put the donut on long enough to get to this place and met Rick. It was less than an hour before closing. He did not hesitate in helping us. He went and got the tire out of the car and had it plugged by the tech in no time. We are so grateful. Enjoy talking with Rick while waiting. Had several customers come in while waiting and know Rick like family. It’s nice to have a place in the community that works together and takes care of their customers."
