"Gotten a lot worse in the last few years. Food is basic and barely better then other fast food places. Hit and miss. Is hot but not always the best tasting ."

"This time we had great service. We go to this sonic rather frequently and it is definitely hit and miss. We usually only get drinks and we order on the app. The app has a tendency to crash and be buggy. The food and drinks we get are always good. The service is often lacking. There are times we've waited 20 minutes for a couple of drinks even when ordering ahead. Other times it's very quick."
