"Took my Porsche in for oil change and routine inspection. I picked up my car with scratches on bumper and hood . I called Matt and he stated to bring in and they would buff out . I took car back and it was obvious the scratches were deep and not going to be buffed out . I picked up car again at 6:30 pm on cloudy day . i couldn’t tell if it was better as car was sitting outside and not in direct light . Once i pulled it into garage the scratches were there . I was called to ask how my service experience was . i stated what happened and that i had pictures and was told i would be receiving a call from Manager. That never happened. Horrible customer service!!!!!! No credit of service that was 650.00 Nothing ."
