"We have visited this location on 2 different occasions. The first time wasn't very pleasant. We didn't think much about it. We decided to give it another try the other day. We asked an associate for help with some jeans. We were told they were on a table and look she didn't know nothing about them. So of course we walked straight out the door. I would avoid this store and buy what you need somewhere else! We will not be giving them a 3rd chance!"

"The staff here is very helpful and they try very hard. But corporate and management seem to be the issue for my experience. I made an instore order and it was like being in the twilight zone afterwards. The order was lost no one knew anything about it. It was simply a mess. I will not be buying from here again."

"Very unimpressed with my visit to Boot Barn in Evansville. I am not a typical western clothing wearer, was simply needing an outfit for an event. I was not offered any assistance until I went to the cash register to check out (there were other associates assisting other customers, I understand I am not the most important person in the store but there were other associates not assisting customers) The associate ringing me up scoffed to herself when I declined to sign up for their rewards program and stated I probably would not ever shop there again as it is not my usual wardrobe. The associate also made multiple comments about men and how they do not listen, and we all know if that had been a male associate saying that about women it would be unacceptable. I also heard the associate refer to me as “little boy” to her coworker when I was still within earshot. Will not be recommending boot barn to friends or family"
