"Traveling down I-64 and Googled somewhere to eat and this seemed to be the only game in (several) town(s)...and it was excellent! If you're not a local, expect to be looked at and whispered about, but in a curious -not bad- way. I get the feeling not many out-of-towners stop in. The steak was excellent and well-cooked at medium-rare, service was friendly, and prices reasonable. If I'm ever back this way I'll make a point to stop back by!"
"We had the bourbon burgers. They were good. I did not like the sauce as much as I thought I would. The meat was good and properly cooked. The fries were good but not great. The excellent service brought it up to a 5 star review. She appeared to be the only person in the front of the house. It was a slow day (12/30)."
