"They always good price's and decent items, the staff is usually friendly and helpful to the customers and the items are usually in fair condition."

"I always find items there and usually in good condition but they have gone up on prices which I can understand but they can have two of the same thing with two different prices. They need a better pricing system. They try to mark things of better quality higher on prices but they go too high. I know some people buy things there and resell them but some of us buy for ourselves and our family and our homes. We shouldn't be priced as high as they are when selling. Not sure how you could distinguish between those people but if you know they are buying for themselves adjusting the prices should be considered. I know they work with volunteers from the community for service reasons but limiting the pricing to those skilled with the system is needed."

"I visited this location the Saturday after Thanksgiving. While I waited in line to make my purchase I listened to the cashier ask everyone if they wanted to donate 82¢ and everyone said yes, myself included. Then I watched as the woman behind me was $8 short for her purchase which was two bras, a top, and a package of children’s diapers. The woman stated she did not have enough to cover the purchase and the cashiers said nothing. I waited for them to do the right thing. The manager was standing there with the cashier and they just stared at her. I covered the difference and the cashiers thanked me. I regret not telling them how disappointed I was that “Goodwill” would not help this young mother. Shame on you for soliciting donations and then turning your back on people in your community in need."

"This is a larger goodwill and the store is really well stocked. It has much more of a selection than other goodwill stores in the area and it is nearer than other stores in the area too. Every time I visit the store there is new items and I always end up picking up a few items. I would recommend visiting this goodwill before visiting some of the other nearby goodwill stores."
