"I was in this store recently and placed an order of some shoes that are no longer being sold. They were on sale and I ordered in store to be delivered to my home. Well unfortunately because of the employee that works there. He didn’t put in the correct format of my address as I told him. It even showed on the receipt that he didn’t put it in correctly. My order was unfulfilled because of that, I asked this kid before placing the order if he had my address in there correctly. He stated yes, when I called to double check the person went over my address and didn’t see the most important part of my address in there. Now we see that he didn’t in fact have it correctly. It just takes a little of great customer service to make sure your customers are satisfied. If customer service is not an attribute that you possess then I suggest you find something else because this ain’t it for you. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my refund because he went in and canceled the order from his incompetency. The only reason I gave a two star is because my crew got their orders."
