"Pem is very professional. When prom was canceled in 2020, I immediately called Pem to ask what was going to happen? She assured me that the payment for the tux rental would be a store credit until we needed it. I held on tight to that receipt for 2 years. I called Pem on Monday to make an appointment for this years prom and mentioned that we had paid for a Tuxedo back before the world shut down. She said, then we still had the store credit… Exactly what she had told me in March 2020. Plus the credit is transferable to another person, if I wish. That is the perks of shopping local.
