McDonald's 3350 North Green River Road, Evansville, IN 47715

"Been going to this location for over 15 years. The last three encounters have been drive thru disaster. The man taking orders is very very loud but yet polite. He’s messed up our order every time with adding items that we never even ordered. The one time I called him out jokingly about his mistake I was asked to not return. Very rude and very poor business practices. The girl in the second drive thru with snot hanging on her nose ring kinda killed my appetite. Kinda ruined my dinner!!!"

"Our party of 4 received terrible service for dinner. Order was wrong, missing a fry; got food without drinks, waited for staff to help for several minutes after stating the drinks were on their way. No straws were brought with drinks, and we had to wait for them. Asked for Barbecue sauce and never received it. There are not enough staff members to run this restaurant. There needs to be a person at the front counter at all times. This person was leaving every few minutes to walk completed orders out to waiting cars in the lot."

"There was a slow response from a couple of team members when I asked for help to place my order for multiple family members at the counter. I normally use touchscreen menus near the dining area, but everyone I was ordering for had special instructions for their food. I've found it helps to have a text of the order ready and a live person to make the adjustments. The food was fine. The person who helped me was very nice and double-checked everything to be sure it was correct."

"Need to fix or completely eliminate the double drive through. So sick of 3 or 4 cars behind me that weren't even I. The lot when I got to the speaker getting their orders taken and pulling to the window before I am even acknowledged. This time I left and will not be back."
