"Normally good not a fan of the new menu. Ordered garlic fries and there was barely a drizzle of garlic on them cost extra for regular fried. Bbq on my sandwich was everywhere but the sandwiches like they literally threw it in the box."

"My wife and I ate here on Wednesday evening, 12/27/2023. We have to begin with the server. His name is Ryan (didn't get his last name). BW&R needs to closely watch this guy. Local Management does, too. Ryan is the model waiter that this company needs to have all other staff emulate. He was polite, professional, and personable. He was attentive to the point of bringing us exactly what we needed throughout our visit before we even asked for it. While attentive, he was never bothersome or overbearing. He needs to be shown that the company appreciates and rewards this kind of employee. As far as the food, we had the Fried Pickle starter, a Southwest Chicken Salad, 10 Grilled Sweet Thai Chili Wings, and a couple of Dr. Peppers. As usual, the food was not disappointing."

"Wasted 45 minutes of our evening thanks to a waitress who had to have been on something. Took or order, brought our drinks. Then never came back to the table for 35 minutes. We watched everyone who came in after us get their food. Not us. Waitress looked the other way every time she was anywhere near our table. We finally got up and left. Typical of this place. Almost always some issue but tonight was the worst. No sign of a manager keeping an eye on things."

"I really love this place. Not a lot of entree choices but everything I've tried on the menu has been delicious. On this visit the wife was with me and she was like 'why have you never brought me here, this food is so delicious '. Later she ate the leftovers, cold, and she said it was still delicious even being cold (she never eats leftovers, especially not cold). We had the Korean shrimp and pretzel bites with queso as appetizers and I had the buffalo mary (spicy bloody mary), all spot on with awesome flavor. I had the fish and chips with onion rings as my meal and the wife had the boneless barbecue wings with mac and cheese and potato wedges with cheese and bacon on top. Highly recommend this place."
