"I am all for supporting small business and shopping local. With that being said just because you are a small local business doesn't mean your customer service can be lacking. I have had two not so great experiences with them. One time was two years ago. I ordered a shirt with a group of people. When I received my shirt it wasn't the size I ordered. I went back to see if I could exchange it and the lady told me that is what I ordered. So I then ask if I could order another shirt in the right size. I was told that the only way they would make more of those shirts is if I had another group order of at least 15. So needless to say I got stuck with a shirt that didn't fit. Fast forward to last week. I am once again ordering a shirt. I asked over Facebook Messenger if I could order a shirt and was told to stop by the store during business hours the next day. I went in to order my shirts and the lady who waited on me at first told me she thought it was too late for me to order my shirt. I told her I was told to come in and she said well I left early yesterday and they don't tell me anything. She took my order and told me my shirt would be ready to pick up on Monday. Monday I stop by to pick up my shirt. They asked if I was called that it was ready and I said no. She said well they had ran out of something they needed to finish the shirts and were hoping to have them done the next morning. I explained to her that I would be at work but to please call or text me when it was done and I would come straight over to pick it up. I got all day Tuesday no call or text. So I am thinking it' s not done. My daughter calls up there and ask and they said yeah it had been done for awhile they just forgot to call me. Their products and work are great but the customer service is just lacking."
