"Would give 0 stars if possible. By far worst experience ever at a place of business. Needed brakes on all 4 and they said only front did. Obviously they did not look at them. Spent 1800$ on front brakes and tires and 1 of directional tires was on wrong and they told us we needed an appointment to fix it. If you value good work , do not go to Big O in Bedford. Week after we went there rear brakes started squeaking. Bad all around experience"
