"I ordered pizza last Saturday on the website and chose delivery. I got the email verification and cell phone notification that it went through. I called back an hour later to check on the status of the pizza. I had a little one falling asleep and didn't want to wake her by a loud delivery driver. They said they didn't have a delivery driver and was voided out, except I was charged for this alleged pizza on my online banking account. They also told me my phone number and email wasn't real basically (dumb *****). They said wait for it to reappear in my bank account and call back if it doesn't. I call back 2 other times in my free time to no success. I'm told to go to my bank and there's nothing they can do on their end. So now I have to take more time out of my schedule to go to my bank for a pizza I never received while out of town. I think this is the absolute worst service I have ever got. It's not worth the inconvenience, headache, and run around they give you when it's not right. I will never order from there again."
"There has been times that they cut pizza wrong. They did however fix the issue and gave me a free credit for a pizza. Order up to 10 pizzas for my kids birthday parties. They are aways done in time for my scheduled pick up."
"I placed an online order and it was gonna be ready at 6pm. Papa John's cooked it at 5:30pm and it was ready at 5:40pm. My food was cold when I was there to pick it up. Disappointed."
"This is the second time I ordered from them spent about 80$. A little disappointed this time. I ordered pineapple and ham pizza light sauce and didn't really get toppings but got plenty of sauce. They called before they brought the pizza to tell me that my address didn't exist. The went on to tell me that's not were I live even after telling him my address and the front of house is on Google maps. He still stated I was wrong and said he will have the driver call me when they get on main St. Overall disappointed in this order could've been a lot better from the food to basic common sense. Below is the picture that's supposed to be pineapple, Canadian bacon, light sauce & stuffed crust."
