"Sometimes they are a bit slow. I put it my order online and push I'm here button, so you would think ot would be ready by the time I get there only living a quarter mile away, but no sometimes I have to wait 5 sometimes even 10 mins."
"10/29 went to dine in with my 8yr old son staff was cussing up a storm right up front in front of us and we stood there for 5 minutes waiting after getting our drinks and they found out they didn't have enough mozzarella sticks for our order so had to make fresh ones. Then my order was a chicken sandwich no lettuce and the cook put lettuce on it and then continued to put the bun in the trash can "not over it" and scrapped the lettuce off and put the bun back on my sandwich and tried to give it to me at that point I got my refund and contacted corporate"

"I was just at the Washington Indiana Burger King and it was just a flop. My sandwich order was wrong, 1 order of my fries tasted like onion rings and both orders of fries were super soggy. The drink, sprite, was so bad i couldn't drink it. I blame the girl at the drive thru window. Wish I could give you more information but I did not receive a receipt. If you look at your in-store video, around 9:20pm, you will quickly notice that she is making the customer reach into the store to get their order instead of meeting them half way; her elbow never leaves the counter! Worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost! Just screwd up a 2nd order with no accountability . This is the worst place to go. When they screw you on your order there is no one to talk to. This business doesn't care about you. And I used to be an investor. No more."
