"Smith Tire has consistently provided exceptional customer service to my wife and me for over 15 years. I first discovered Smith Tire by accident. We lived in South Whitley, and I had just purchased an expensive set of four all season radial tires from a very large national tire franchise in Fort Wayne for my Buick Lucerne the previous weekend. I was heading to work in Warsaw on Monday morning and hit something on a rural county road, destroying one of the tires. I went to Smith feeling sick to my gut because I just purchased the tires two days before and couldn’t believe my bad luck. To my surprise they had a new tire in stock that was identical to the one I destroyed. I expected that the cost would be a lot higher because the place in Fort Wayne had 24 car bays and told me that ‘…we can sell for less because we get a volume discount and pass along the savings to you.' Smith’s cost was quite a bit less for one tire than the cost of the one tire price from the set of four. The people at Smith were friendly and the cost was less. I started scheduling my car repairs at Smith Tire which was convenient because I could schedule an appointment to drop a car off in the morning and pick it up before closing. Many thanks to Smith Tire for keeping our cars on the road with excellent customer service at a reasonable cost."

"Smith tire is always the most competitively priced and does great work. They should be your first stop for anything tire related. They've done everything from go-kart, to lawn tractor and some small trailer tires for me in the past. I've probably done 6 new sets of tires from them on multiple vehicles and I have zero complaints. They'll get you a new set of tires, mounted and balanced for less than it would cost you just to buy the tires from Tire Rack (even with the discount of picking them up yourself).
