"Sent my wife in to have a tire repaired. They claimed that the puncture caused the belts to start separating and said it's unsafe and that I didn't purchase the protection plan so we would need to buy a new tire. Luckily my wife called me. I told them to put it back on. I took the car to another shop and inspected the tire myself as well as with their technician. The tire was perfectly fine. I don't appreciate a business trying to take advantage of people that don't know better (my wife)."

"While on a 12-hour trip with about 10 hours to go, I noticed my rental telling me I had a tire with low air. I typically get my tires at discount tires where I live and so seeing there was a discount tires in Warsaw Indiana only a few minutes away, I pulled in where they check the air in my tires and told me they thought there was a leak. They were able to squeeze me in as people with appointments were busy pulling in. Turned out I had a leaky valve stem that they were able to replace. It was fascinating watching those guys changing tires. If NASCAR needs to find some tire changers for their drivers, this is the place to look. They really know what they're doing and we're working hard to get people in and out. In under an hour, I was pulling away. A big thanks to the fellows at the Warsaw Discount Tires!"

"Great location, and great people who run it. I'm always satisfied when I leave Discount Tire. They honor all warranties on their tires and work with you when you need to spend big on wheels/tires. They save me so much stress too with their warranty on tires, I've had 2 incidents with a screw in my tire and the only frustration I have is the trip to the shop. They have a huge selection and if they don't have it on hand they'll get it for you!!"
