"Bought a battery for a jet ski that had a “6 month warranty.” After 4 months, battery wouldn’t charge above 6 volts, so couldn’t start it. After dealing with that for a bit, took it in to Napa for replacement. I guess I’m supposed to hold on to a battery receipt for 6 months in order to honor that. I more expected it to just work instead. The guy behind the desk obviously didn’t want to deal with anyone and wouldn’t look me up unless I had a commercial account. Ended up driving elsewhere to buy another battery so that they won’t get a single dime from me again. Wasted way too much time on something that I shouldn’t have had to deal with at all."

"Bought new Napa wiper blades. One month in and the right blade falls apart, metal supports come out and the rubber starts flapping all over. I call store too see about a replacement being it was only a month old and they said sorry nothing we can do. Never has a company dismissed a complaint so quick. I will never buy Napa anything again."

"Some experiences here are good, other times you have to make multiple trips to get the right part. You know, about the same as any parts store. Seems like you can visit every auto part store in Warsaw, and still not have the dang part you need. Have ordered parts straight off napa.com a few times."
