"Was traveling to an Indiana State Park when a tire blew on our RV Trailer. Limped into Columbus Indiana where we was directed to Neal Tire. Called the store and spoke to Brennan. He had the tires in stock and directed us on how to get to his location. Once I pulled into the parking lot, Brennan and two of his employees promptly stared working on my trailer tires. Not only did I get VIP service but got a really good price on 4 tires! I will be a repeat customer! Thank you to Brennan and his two employees for providing excellent service!"

"I have always used Neal’s for something major with my vehicle If it wasn’t right the first time, they definitely correct it the next Very please with Brennan, he definitely provides a great customer service experience.o must add to my previous review, the next day my car was stuck at Lowe’s, it would not start. I called Neal’s and they sent someone over immediately and got my car started. I took it back to the shop. It was determined that I needed a new battery. I did not have the funds for the battery and they were so caring to put a battery in for me. No charge. Dakota and Brennan are absolutely wonderful people to deal with. Highly recommend this place! "Ordered a set of Goodyear tires online and had the choice between Neals and Tire Barn to install! After a very unpleasant experience with Tire Barn here in Columbus I was pretty hesitant about using Neal’s! I was pretty impressed with not only the speed of service but also the exceptional customer service!! Tim and Dakota got me checked in and Tim had me in and out with all 4 tires installed, torqued, and out the door in less than 40 mins!! All while keeping me informed and updated and with a smile on his face!! Most definitely will be back!! Very positive experience and would highly recommend to anyone shoppin for new tires and looking for experienced and knowledgeable tire technicians that genuinely care!! Definitely has that small town hospitality with the commercial store and industry knowledge and experience to match!!"
