"I usually do not place negative reviews, but this needs to be said. I just placed a large order in the drive-through at a very non-busy time. When I got home, we were missing 4 separate items (two were parts of combos), the quesadilla had sauce that I requested to be removed, ALL the food was stale, cold, tacos/chalupas minimally filled, and tasted like it had been made hours (or maybe days) earlier. I might have been able to handle this a little better if the price had been reasonable, but for $70 (no that is not a misprint) there is absolutely no excuse for this kind of incompetence. Doubt I will ever be back."

"They didn't meow at me, it took less than 10 minutes to be served and they got my stuff right! Let's go! I especially loved the strawberry creme delight!"

"The T Bell on Sycamore used to be much better! Now it seems the crew just throws your food together to get it done and they get sloppy!! Now we go all the way to the North End just because your food is put together well and it doesn't taste like yesterday's! They actually act like they care about serving you. Even minor things like asking for extra cheese on your burrito they do it!!!! It's a nice place to sit and eat too. Now one last thing... if I were you I would NOT EAT AT THE TACO BELL ON LA FOUNTAIN!!!!! At first I thought they just made mistakes on our orders. Then we'd go and instead of shredded cheese on our burritos and TACOS they put stupid nacho cheese!! Come on people nacho cheese does not work or taste good on a taco or my burrito! Ok... last two times we ordered $$ meals there and dined in thinking they will make our Crunch wraps and Mexican pizzas etc etc without being a sloppy mess... NO IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!! OVER $40 FREAKING DOLLARS tasted like trash! I was so embarrassed my family from Montana even got sick from the food we ate there! Please be CAREFUL if you even think of getting food at the Taco Bell in the South End of Kokomo!"

"I always get the same order. #5 only meat n cheese, with extra meat n cheese! They did me right tonight. It was sooo good. All of our food tonight was correct and very good! Customer service was excellent tonight as well! Thanks you guys!"
