"I placed an online order. My husband arrived to pick it up & looked at the pizza's to make sure they were correct. The pizza's were incorrect & the employee argued with my husband saying they were. My husband took the pizza's & came home. I was unhappy due to the pizza's being incorrect & arguing with my husband. I call Pizza Hut & speak to a manager. The manager laughed & raised his voice with me. The manager said he would give me a $20 giftcard via email. I gave him my information. I have yet to recieve a giftcard via email. Very disappointing & poor customer service skills."
