"My daughter loves this clothing. Today, you had your clothing area blocked off although there was a young employee manning the clothing area. She created an unnecessary line for the fitting room while at least 4 areas remained open. My daughter and I both got dressing rooms finally after waiting. Next thing you know, she sent someone into our room while we were changing. The guest who entered apologized and said that the employee had told her to use our dressing room. It just felt pretty ridiculous because there were so many empty. You could tell it was more about power and control instead of good customer service. Also, every time I ran to grab another item for my daughter, I had to physically squeeze around the gated off belt that obstructed the guest from entering. If you are trying to win over customers, get more attentive staff and help you guest feel like you want them to try on clothes......so they can actually buy them."

"We were looking for a middle school dance dress. Must have been good selection because my wife and daughter spent hours look and trying stuff on. The only thing would be some chairs for dad's and husband's to set on and wait. Prices are good too."

"I came in today searching for a dress I need for an event in two days. I had a different dress planned but decided against it. It was more hopeful thinking if I could find a dress in general in such a short notice..and it doesn't help that I also need to find a specific color as well. BUT, I'm sooo glad I thought of Windsor! Their prices are reasonable and quality always good. The mall in general was very slow so the store wasn't busy which was nice made my experience way more comfortable. I was able to get three employees there to help me out and all three were very nice. I had no issues getting a dressing room and trying out a couple dresses. At the counter as I was checking out I had trouble getting my ZIP to work and the employees were super helpful and patient with me as we tried to figure it out together, which we did! I'm very happy with my experience and super satisfied with my purchase."

"My friend visited the store today, 12/3/21, and had the worst treatment ever. She came in and asked for an employee to get a dress down, the employee looked her up and down, and stated “you will have trouble finding a dress here” referring to her body type. I can not imagine what this employee says to other customers who may have insecurities of their own. Next, my friend went to try it on in the dressing room and wanted a second opinion, so she called her mom. The same employee then places her hands inside the dressing room knocking yelling to get off the phone. What is the reason a girl can’t have her phone in a dressing room? The employee was aggravated when my friend left the dressing room and talked to her as if she was toddler, demanding to put the dresses where she found them instead of the dedicated rack. When my friend finally checked out, the employee was rolling her eyes and gave glares. After leaving, my friend called the manager and the manager just said all they could do was a discount when she came back for another purchase. She did not want a discount, she wanted an apology and respect. This employee has no consideration for others feelings. Teach your employees better."

"If I could rate my experience 0 stars I would. I went in for a return today and had a terrible experience with an associate named Amy. From the start she snatched the receipt and had a very dismissive attitude. She began to thoroughly inspect the dress I was returning which is completely understandable as that is her job. The entire time she was making faces as if she was bothered to be assisting me with my return. She refused to return my dress that had all it’s tags because she believed it had been worn. I’m not upset it wasn’t returned I can understand that. But, Amy needs to learn to treat customers with respect. Please train her appropriately. Thank you."
