"They are so friendly! Some items are a bit higher price wise but most are not. Their rewards club always has great offers, and I can'r usually leave without finding something on the clearance rack. Great for those needing simple, comfortable, but fashionable clothes for a business casual job. Also, the girls always give great recommendations based on body shape and always give honest feedback if I ask how something looks. I don't really shop anywhere else that much anymore!"

"ordered something online and had it shipped to the store. paid for it in full. Usually when you have an order pickup, stores usually either email you or call. One month later... didn't get a call/email, no notification what so ever, and yet I was still charged. I called them and what do you know.... it was at the store the whole time and nobody did anything about it. Then when I asked to get a refund they told me that I would have to come in to the store in order to receive one. unbelievable. They inconvenience me and when I tell them about it they decide to inconvenience me even more."
