"If I could give no stars I would. I love this store and the quality of the clothes and how all the sales associates help you with fitting and styling but today this store was horrible. I had an arm full of clothing to try on and no one came to ask to get me a fitting room- I had to ask them to get me one. There might have been one other customer in the store, but they were just standing at the register talking to each other. No one came to help in the fitting or see if I needed another size. When I checked out it was like I was bothering them. The other cashier was just standing at her register staring out into space. It was a very disappointing shopping experience."

"Entire staff was so friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in today as well as in the changing rooms. They get 5 stars from me. However, when I got to the cashier, i specifically stated that I ONLY wanted to see the prices with the discount. Despite this, she continued to ignore this sentiment and began folding the clothes and getting ready to check me out. I told her again that I only wanted to see the prices and was ignored again. The entire time I felt uncomfortable, judged and mistreated by what could've been a wonderful experience. PLEASE stop hiring employees that are unfriendly, unwelcoming and unnecessarily rude. Otherwise, the rest of the girls provided a pleasant experience before this happened. I'm a regular costumer (almost 4 years and counting) and this tainted my perception"

Today, I had the pleasure of working with Rachel and I have to say we had great success in putting together several outfits for my wife. I brought them home and they fit perfect based upon the history they keep on file of previous purchases and knowing how their products fit. Outstanding service and most certainly beyond expectation results. Without a doubt, the best service in the industry! Thank you"
