"Drove 3 hours from Chicago to get here and was not disappointed! The service was great! The food was delish! And we went home happy and sad cause we should have taken some to go lol. The only issue is that the AC was on artic chill mode so it was a quick visit and made our food get chilled faster. Other than that 5stars all the way...and it was CLEAN!!!"

"Waffle House is a one of a kind place. It is not meant to be a high end dining experience. But you will get good food and it serves it well. You may meet interesting people. A few months ago I met an old school couple who sat next to me at the counter. They were celebrating their 60th Anniversary and had never eaten in a Waffle House in their entire life."

"This cook is extremely rude to everybody she works with!!! We had a wonderful meal and great service from our server until the 9:00pm shift came in. This lady walked in with an attitude and hatred towards everyone that came into her path. A few weeks ago when coming in she was screaming at her co worker about how many slices of cheese someone wanted because they asked for extra and she “must charge per piece”.. understandable but there are customers there who can hear you screaming at your co worker over something so simple. And then last night there is a very nice gentleman washing his hands to get ready to head to the cook top and he is making small talk with us as we were asking him questions and she is Screaming at him to stop talking to us and get to the cook top “NOW”. This man had just gotten into work and was washing his hands.. he isn’t allowed to talk to people at all apparently! Someone needs to talk to her about what customer service is! There was like 2 people in the entire restaurant they were not busy! I have worked in customer service for years and can tell you this is not how you do it. She is nasty and hateful towards everyone there and needs a good talk on how to act when you’re in customer service. If you don’t want to be in customer service or don’t know how to act around people who are your co workers and customers.. please get a new job. That’s all I have. Thanks."

"I'm a trucker. I go to Waffle Houses all over the United States, and this has got to be one of the best ones. They have the typical food and menus, but the staff here goes above and beyond to make sure that the orders are correct, the food is quick, and that the place is as clean as possible. I've been working right down the road for 5 days and eating here several times a day. I've met all of the staff. Everyone is great here."

"This is just like any other Waffle House but I did want to say we had exceptional service during our recent visit. Our server was Joshua, he was friendly and he kept our drinks full, he didn’t forget our special requests. The food at Waffle House has always tasted the same and been a decent and affordable option for a quick breakfast/lunch/dinner. I forgot to take pictures of all of our food, because we were too busy eating."
