Domino's Pizza 7810 U.S. 36, Avon, IN 46123

"So I just spent the last 2 hours in a snow storm trying to get home to my kids from work and my son asked me to order him 1 small gluten free cheese pizza. I put the order in 45 mins prior to me arriving there because the roads are absolutely terrible. My mobile app told me that my order was ready about 10 minutes ago. I get to the store and they have yet to even put my son’s pizza in the oven and I have already stopped at my favorite Mexican restaurant and ordered myself carryout on my way to Domino’s! As I walk in the store, there is a dominos employee sitting in the bar seats with an empty 2 liter of soda and trash ALL AROUND HIM when I find out that my sons pizza hasn’t even been put in the oven! So here I am, with my own carryout food sitting in my car getting cold while I am now waiting on one small pizza to be cooked! The picture paints the entire story PERFECTLY!!"

"Dominos in Avon, Indiana did it to me again. Waited an hour in vain and now no time left to eat. Ordered via app with 44min estimated delivery. All looked great. An hour later, I called to find they are too understaffed and hadn't even begun to prepare our two sandwiches. Too understaffed to operate properly."

"By far the worst service I have ever received, hands down. Waited 90 minutes for repulsive and cold food. If you are that busy, shut the shop and stop taking orders. Steer clear of this joke of an establishment."

"I'm just curious as to why the 6.00 tip I added to my online order doesn't show up on my paper receipt?? It seems a little shady. Think I'll start giving the tip to the driver next time. I was definitely charged for the tip . And you gotta the tracker that counts down the minutes as it goes from 4 minutes to 5 minutes. Think I'm done with dominos"

"I asked via phone. I am Costarican and I may have an accent. But this would never justify ordering 1/2 pie only cheese+black olives & 1/2 ham/cheese, and getting the whole pie combined. I was properly received. I have used this placed so many times I was sure it would be fine. I trusted their work and that is why I did not check before getting home. My wife does not like ham and I hate olives... how about that? I ordered as Jon Q on Sat Oct 8 in case you want to confirm"
