"I just have to say I am a regular here. Mornings, afternoons, and evenings and it is never anything but a pleasant expierence. The manager in here is so personable and runs a great store. I have to share my expierence today, mainly because it has been such a rough couple days for my family due to a significant loss. I had just got off a midnight shift at the nursing home this morning, and I went in to see if they had any potato and cheese bites which I love lol (before cooking and freezing some casseroles and such for some of my family.) They didn't have any up but when asking the lady in the kitchen she was so kind and made me some fresh, and did it with no complaint and was happy to do it. She was such a sweetheart- and explained that sometimes she doesn't do them this early because they don't sell etc. The young lady at the register was a sweetheart as well. But, sometimes your kindness can go a long way for people as we never know what the next person is going through. Thanks Plymouth Caseys for always providing outstanding service!!"

"I love their breakfast pizza and I order it often, but the older woman who makes the pizza and hands it out is the rudest person. She always mumbles under her breath and sighs loudly as if working there is the worst thing she's ever dealt with. She never thanks me and rolls her eyes a lot. The rest of the staff had always been more than pleasant!"

"They have seemed to stop delivering completely. Trying to order online is a brick wall. That was basically the only time I shopped with them, so at this point they don't really serve a purpose for me. The food is "ok" and the service is fine, but the biggest benefit was them being able to deliver and they don't do that anymore."
