"Ordered online for the first time on the app. Very clearly asked for no salt on any of the fries and they were coated in salt. Order wasn't ready at the time we were quoted. The salad I ordered was beyond nasty. I can't imagine ordering from here again."

"Where do I begin with this first I’ve never not once been treated so poorly by this franchise until today 9 AM sharp I pulled through like I do at least three days a week to order the same breakfast I get every time but this time the price was different I asked the pregnant redheaded lady in the drive through Why the price was different she said it was because I got a pumpkin spice cold brew. I’m very confused by this because I order the same thing every time I come through I don’t understand why it’s a different price I did not get my receipt. She slammed the drive through window closed and didn’t attempt to offer a solution My first order of two orders was incorrect so I called the store to speak to the manager to get that sorted out she had an attitude had a very snotty tone Did not admit fault at all she said that because I ordered a flurry that’s why it was more I responded I didn’t order a flurry she snapped back saying we don’t carry those I responded with that what you just said I ordered “all of this was on speaker phone for my coworkers to hear then she “the manager “ who worked today Put me on hold and then hung up on me i’m a nice person and everyone could tell there was attitude and a condescending tone in her voice since she was on speaker I will be contacting corporate and I will no longer go to this particular location it’s really sad that she could not explain to me why I got charged different prices today when I have several transactions that were all the same price for the same breakfast that I’ve ordered not only from this location but the one in Martinsville I don’t appreciate how I was treated sometimes people just wake up and choose violence and I guess that’s what the manager and the drive-through lady chose this morning not only was my order incorrect, but the price variance is quite alarming."

"Wendy's food is always good. The new sandwich I tried there was ok. The service was good. They actually had the dining room open which was cool. The highlight was the lonely chicken nugget on the floor under my chair. Some kid dropped probably it there. I don't think they had enough help to keep up on the cleaning. I hope they were able to pick up and put the poor thing to rest because I was going to but forgot."
