"Taco Bell in Mooresville, IN was bad. Messed up my order. The staff was rude. The bathroom was dirty and out of soap and toilet paper. Would not recommend this location."
"I'm not a fan of having customers use the kiosk. I even asked to have my order taken, but was lead over to one. "You are in control and can customize so much" is what I was told. I don't believe it. Took so much long than necessary. I can't believe that people will now get more human interaction with the bloody drive thru."
"They were more than helpful when I was there… went into the store because my truck wouldn’t fit in the drive & they helped me out & got my food fast in there. Didn’t mess anything up, very friendly & helpful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Apparently they no longer take your order, you HAVE to use the kiosk. They also don't clean the seating area, I guess that want the customers to do that also. It appeared that they were serving four drive thru customers to every one walk in customer, I watched several go out and get into the drive thru line. They should probably just shut down their dining room completely."
