"I looked at the menu ready to order. Looked at the prices and changed my mind. I made a grocery store order for chicken instead. I will cook my own chicken and save lots of money. Thanks, anyway. Making better choices for my family and my budget. Air fryers are wonderful."

"Came in to order at 6:17pm on a week night. Confirmed they had enough chicken tenders and chicken before placing my order. Ordered 8pc tender meal and 8pc chicken meal. There were 3 orders in front of me so I figured 10 min. Max wait. Watched them send the chicken tenders out the drive through window at about 6:30 then they came and told me that all their tenders were frozen, would I like chicken nuggets instead. Then they ran out of biscuits. Finally got my food at 7:23pm, nuggets instead of tenders, and missing a family side of Cole Slaw. Several orders sent out messed up while I waited but, having hungry kids at home, didn't check everything in the order. Mad enough at this point that I was happy to get some food. I will not be going back."

"Food is always good. They are never out of chicken, like other stores. And the staff never fails to give my dog a chicken tender when we do drive through. Nice folks."

"DONT DINE IN! THERE IS NO HEAT. it is so cold in that building the food instantly goes cold. Those poor employees are bundled up in coats in scarves! Apparently they refuse to fix the heat. They don't give you a plate with your meal. They serve you a box & when asking for a plate you get a piece of cardboard, who wants to eat off of cardboard? Not me.. The drive through is the tightest drive through in the world. I will only go back to ask those employees if they would like a different job!"

"What a rip off for the quantity of food you get. I purchased 2 sides (1 cole slaw) and (1 mashed potatoes) 3.99 each side. These 2 sides were an addition to my Nashville hot 3 pc meal. ---total bill was 19.50 -----please look to why a person would be steaming hot about paying this price for the meal received. Photo is posted for your review- KFC leadership should know this is not going to win people business. Best advice do not go to KFC for a single meal - only come here when feeding 3 or more because their family packs are fairly priced but gouge you for a single meal"
