"I wouldn't do business with them again. Probably would keep me from going to any location after my experience. My wife bought a new battery and even tho they still advertise they swap them out they put a new battery on a cart with no tools and refused to help. I searched thru my tools and asked them if they had an extension and they said yes but apparently I wasn't allowed to use it. The guy stood on the other side of the door about 10ft away and watched us fight it with the wrong tools. I sure wasn't going to go buy an extension from him after spending 220 on a battery. It wasn't a manning issue either. One last thing we were the only customers."

"I like Advance Auto and the selection they offer as well but the young lady Nichole has a really bad attitude. I was the first customer of the day last time I was there. She was uninterested in helping me and seemed bothered by my presence. She needs to be retrained in customer service. The auto parts store is supposed to be a place where you feel you'll get some help with your car problems. The Autozone in Greenwood on 31 is worth the drive. Those guys there are happy and helpful!"

"I've always came to this store for my auto needs with no issues. However, I came here last weekend for a headlight. I purchased a new one at around 4pm so it was not an emergency to swap it out due to several hours of sunlight left. When I got to where I was going, I myself started to replace it and realized it was the wrong one and had to purchase one where I was in order to drive back home. Today on 8/17/19 at approximately 5:45pm, I came into this store to return the wrong one that didn't fit my vehicle that one of their employees sold to me after putting my car model in the system on the previous weekend. The young lady at the counter was a bit stand-offish from the start. However, I informed her that I would like to return the incorrect headlight and she checked it over and asked if I would like the correct one. I replied no and explained that I had to buy another elsewhere. She completed the return transaction and says something to the effect of me returning the wrong model for the brand, which in fact was not true. I even pointed out the person who sold me the headlight. She then goes on to say that he was new and may have given me the wrong one. I'm not coming to this location again. Being a woman of honesty and integrity to be treated as if I'm a thief is unfathomable and insulting! This is just my experience. After having so many good experiences before, I do not want to discourage others from going there. That young lady there needs to be nicer to customers and not pass judgement."
